Renting the items for the agreed amount of time.
How to return the equipment?
The equipment can be given back uncleaned and inside their own cases, but without any residue of food or drinks. There is no refund for unused or clean items.
I need help to create my event!
Our service offers you a visit to the location of the event, where we will guide you through everything, like planning, design and logistics of the event.
Can you bring and set up my order?
Of course we can, we have a transport, setup and dissemble service.
How do I reserve my order?
- 50% of the price has to be paid to confirm your booking.
- The other 50% will be paid 48 hours before reception of the equipment, plus a 20% security deposit of the total invoice.
Ways of payment?
Pay in cash at our office, or with credit card (except American Express), or by bank transfer.
What will happen if something is lost or broken?
Any broken or lost items will be taken off the 20% deposit.
